Sample plan (not the official programme)
- Day 1, arrival: land at JKIA, transfer to Karen, check in from 12:00, then a quiet evening with your meeting list.
- Day 2, summit day: packed breakfast if you want an early start, then travel to Westlands for the 9:00 AM opening. The programme runs until 3:00 PM, leaving the late afternoon for a follow-up coffee.
- Days 3 and 4, follow-up meetings: portfolio visits, founder conversations and diligence calls from your desk in Karen.
- Final day: an early morning at the Giraffe Centre or in Nairobi National Park before your flight.

Getting to The Promenade from Karen
The Promenade is on General Mathenge Drive in Westlands, across the city from Karen. Morning traffic can be heavy, so leave well ahead of the 9:00 AM start. Journey times vary with Nairobi traffic; check a live traffic app for your schedule. Transport to the venue is quoted on request.

Does staying with you include a summit ticket?
No. Summit registration is handled by the organiser and is separate from your room booking.
Can my assistant book for me?
Yes. Book in the engine, then message us on WhatsApp or email info@karenplainshotel.com with arrival details and any extras to quote.
Can I hold meetings at the hotel?
Our boardroom and lounge can be booked. Ask us for rates and availability for your dates.
I land early in the morning. Can I check in?
Check-in is from 12:00. Our front desk is open 24/7 and luggage storage is available, so tell us your flight time and we will help you plan the morning.
