How to deliver your content.

Send Your Content
Email a link to info@karenplainshotel.com within 48 hours of checkout.

Accepted via Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Include your social handle for tagging.
Tagging & Hashtags
Tag us in all content you post to ensure it's discoverable and repostable.

On-Property Support
Need a tripod, extra towels, or quiet time slots? Just let us know — we'll make your shoot as smooth as possible.
Group Stays
For retreats, each guest must fill out the Pre-Check-In Form individually. We'll send this once your application is approved.
Content Usage & Repurposing By submitting your application, you agree that Karen Plains Hotel may organically repost and credit your content on our social channels and website. Any use in paid advertising will always be discussed and confirmed with you separately before use. You can update your preferences at any time by emailing info@karenplainshotel.com
