Stay & Spa in Karen: Our New Partnership with Manama Spa & Barbershop

We've partnered with Manama Spa & Barbershop, a short drive from Karen Plains Hotel on Lang'ata Road, so a stay here can now come with something we couldn't offer on our own: a proper massage, facial, or full spa afternoon, without needing to plan a separate trip across the city for it.

What Manama Offers

Manama runs a genuine spa menu, not a single treatment room with one option. Massage alone covers holistic Swedish work, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai, sports massage, and a 360 degree full-body session, alongside a proper facial menu (hydra facials, LED light therapy, chemical peels, and more) and a full nail and barbershop service. Treatments range from a focused 30-minute back massage to a 90-minute full session, so it works equally well for someone with an afternoon free and someone who just needs an hour between meetings.

How to Add It to Your Stay

Book your room with us as usual, then simply ask. Whether you're booking directly or already checked in, let us know you'd like to add a Manama treatment and we'll arrange it for you, whatever suits your schedule and what you're after, a quick back massage between meetings or a longer, more restorative session.

If you're staying with us, we'll pick you up and drop you back for free, no need to arrange your own transport for the trip down the road.

Your room booking goes through us, book directly through our website, and the spa side is arranged separately and directly with Manama once you're ready. The easiest way to set it up is messaging us on WhatsApp alongside your stay.
