Good to know before you book
Book your transfer at least a day in advance and include your flight number when you book, so we can plan the pickup. Karen is in south-west Nairobi. It is close to Wilson Airport (about 15 minutes), the Giraffe Centre, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and Nairobi National Park. JKIA usually takes 45–75 minutes depending on traffic, and daily trips to Westlands, the CBD or Gigiri can be long at peak hours.
The 4x4 Land Cruiser option suits larger families, extra luggage or safari kit.
Check-in is from 12:00. If you land early, we'll store your bags, and early check-in depends on availability.
