Sample plan for a brand team (not the official programme)
- Before opening: the stand lead arrives first. Confirm build times with the organiser.
- 16–18 November: educators and sales staff on the stand; buyers booking distributor appointments. Breakfast from 7:00, venue transport quoted on request.
- Each evening: dinner at the hotel, uniforms to the laundry, a quiet desk for order notes.
- After the show: a Manama visit and a slower morning before the flight. Choose your own dates, including any extra nights.
Getting to Sarit Expo Centre from Karen
Sarit Expo Centre is in Westlands, north of the city centre. Karen is on the opposite side of Nairobi, so plan a vehicle for each show day and leave room in the morning for traffic. Journey times vary with Nairobi traffic; check a live traffic app for your schedule. Transport to the venue is quoted on request.

Questions
Is Karen Plains Hotel the expo's hotel partner?
No. The organiser lists its own hotel partner. We are an independent hotel, and you book with us directly.
Is the spa inside the hotel?
No. Manama Spa & Barbershop is at Binaa Complex (2nd floor), opposite Hillcrest School on Lang'ata Road, a short drive away. We arrange your pickup and drop-off.
Can we keep product stock or samples at the hotel?
No. We have no storage for goods, samples or cosmetics, and no cold storage. Please use the organiser's logistics arrangements.
Can we run demos or treatments at the hotel?
We have no treatment rooms or display space. Our boardroom and lounge can be booked for meetings; ask for rates.
