Key details
- Dates: 16–18 November 2026
- Venue: Sarit Expo Centre, Westlands, Nairobi
- Organiser: Beauty Show East Africa
- Our location: Karen, south-west Nairobi, on the other side of the city from Westlands
Event details checked on beautyshoweastafrica.com in September 2026. The organiser lists its own hotel partner; Karen Plains Hotel is a separate, independent hotel and is not affiliated with Beauty Show East Africa. Exhibitor timings, badges and visitor registration all come from the organiser.
If you are exhibiting a brand
Your stand is your shop window for three days, so the team behind it needs to arrive rested and stay presentable.
- Stagger arrivals sensibly. Bring your stand lead in before opening to handle build, and let educators and brand ambassadors land closer to day one.
- Plan for uniforms. Three days of demonstrations are hard on clothes. Our laundry service is wash, dry and fold at US$20 per bag.
- Ship product to the venue, not the hotel. We have no storage for goods, samples or cosmetics, and no cold storage. Use the organiser's logistics arrangements for stock and testers.
- Keep launch prep off the stand. Every room has a work desk and Starlink Wi-Fi, useful for price lists and social posts in the evening.
If you are a distributor or buyer
Your days are about appointments and comparing ranges for your retail assortment.
- Book appointments before you fly. Group them by day so each visit to the venue has a clear plan.
- Allow a buffer day. A follow-up meeting with a brand you liked is easier before you leave Nairobi than on a call afterwards. Add a night in the booking engine if your schedule allows.
- Meet away from the noise. Our boardroom and lounge can be booked for a quiet conversation; ask for rates.
If you run a salon or spa, or teach
Salon education and live demonstrations often run all day, so expect to be on your feet.
- Choose a room with a bathtub so you can unwind properly at night. The Deluxe Room with Bathtub is a good fit.
- Take a notebook for product codes and supplier contacts, and write them up each evening at your desk.
- Consider a visit to our partner spa after the show. It is a useful chance to experience treatments from a guest's side. More in our guide to adding a Karen spa visit to your business trip.
