Build-up and breakdown times are set by the organiser, so confirm yours with them. A typical team stay:
- Arrival night: land, transfer to Karen, dinner and a briefing on stand cover.
- Set-up day: early packed breakfast if your build slot starts before 7:00, then transport to Sarit.
- Show days (13–15 October): stand shifts, distributor meetings and evenings for follow-up emails at your desk.
- Breakdown night: worth booking if dismantling runs late on the final day.
- Follow-up day: site visits, commissioning discussions or client meetings before you fly out.
Getting to Sarit Expo Centre from Karen
Sarit Expo Centre is at Sarit Centre in Westlands, north of the CBD and on the other side of the city from Karen. Plan road transport for each day. Journey times vary with Nairobi traffic; check a live traffic app for your schedule. We can quote transport for your team.

Can we store demonstration units or samples at the hotel?
No. We do not offer storage for equipment, samples or stand materials, and we have no workshop space. Please arrange this with the organiser or your freight provider. Ordinary luggage storage is available.
Can you handle a rooming list for a mixed team?
Yes. Send names, arrival and departure dates and any room preferences, and we will act as one contact for the group. See our group stays page.
Is there parking for a hired vehicle?
Yes, we have free on-site parking.
