- 19–22 November: expo days at KICC. Compare finishes, ask questions, collect documents, and book viewings directly with developers.
- Viewing days: visit shortlisted sites with transport quoted by us. Keep a notebook of specification, fit-out and handover details.
- Due diligence days: meet your own qualified professionals, such as an advocate, before you commit to anything.
