What to Expect in the Park

The park covers 117 square kilometres south of the CBD. Lion sightings are common. Black rhinos, increasingly rare elsewhere in Kenya, are resident in the park. The Nairobi skyline visible from within the park is one of the most photographed juxtapositions in Africa.

Recommended Timing

Early morning game drives produce the best wildlife encounters. We recommend departing the hotel by 6:30am for an optimal experience.
