A full day in Nairobi National Park gives you the time to explore the park properly, covering all the main circuits and experiencing the park across the full wildlife activity window from early morning to late afternoon.

• Land Cruiser — $260 per vehicle (up to 6 passengers)

Rates exclude park entry fees (approximately $60 per adult non-resident).

Full Day Itinerary

Depart Karen Plains Hotel at 6:30am. Drive the western and central circuits in the morning where lion and cheetah sightings are most frequent. Break at the park's picnic site for lunch. Afternoon drive covering the river gorge and eastern areas. Return to the hotel by 5:00pm.

Wildlife encounters improve significantly over a full day. More circuits mean more sighting opportunities. The afternoon light is excellent for photography. Certain species, particularly leopard and the park's rhino population, are more active during midday hours that half day tours miss.
