The Nairobi International Trade Fair 2026 runs from 28 September to 4 October at Jamhuri Park Showground, organised by the Agricultural Society of Kenya. Why exhibitor teams stay with us
Built for a seven-day stand. Lunch and dinner can be added for US$40 per day, laundry is US$20 per bag, and breakfast starts at 7:00, with packed breakfasts for early starts.
The right side of the city. Jamhuri Park is off Ngong Road, the main road between Karen and the city. You still need to plan for show traffic, but you are not crossing Nairobi every morning.
Evenings for market linkages. After a day of demonstrations and buyer conversations, every room has a work desk and Starlink Wi-Fi for logging leads and sending quotations. A generator covers guest rooms and Wi-Fi during power cuts.

For value, ask about our Standard Room with Balcony and Standard Room without Balcony. A manager staying beyond the fair may prefer the One Bedroom Apartment, with a separate living area and kitchen facilities.

We host your people. Stand equipment, machinery, seed samples and show passes are arranged with the organiser and your own logistics team.
Planning a full-week exhibitor stay
Sample plan (not the official programme). Confirm build-up and breakdown times with ASK.
- Setup nights: the stand-build crew arrives before 28 September. Book the nights your build-up window requires.
- Fair week, 28 September to 4 October: the core team stays all seven days, with shared transport each morning and a packed breakfast on early days.
- Short visits: directors, agronomists or county officials join for two or three days around key demonstrations.
- Mid-week reset: send laundry and plan one team dinner at the hotel.
- Breakdown and follow-up: keep a night after 4 October for packing down and for follow-up visits to buyers and cooperatives.
Getting to Jamhuri Park Showground from Karen
Jamhuri Park Showground is off Ngong Road, on the western side of the city. Ngong Road links Karen with the city, so the showground is on the same side of Nairobi as the hotel. Plan for show traffic and leave early. Journey times vary with Nairobi traffic; check a live traffic app for your schedule. Team transport is quoted on request, and there is free on-site parking if you bring your own car.

How far is the hotel from Jamhuri Park?
Both are on the same side of Nairobi, linked by Ngong Road. Plan for show-week traffic.
Can we book rooms for setup and breakdown days?

No. We hold guests' personal luggage only.
