- Arrival days: delegation members often fly in on different flights. Share every flight number and we will quote transfers. Check-in is from 12:00, with luggage storage for early arrivals.
- Evening before the expo: a team briefing, then dinner at the hotel.
- 7 to 9 October, expo days: early breakfast or a packed breakfast, cross-city transport to KICC, buyer meetings on the stand, and laundry when you need it.
- Follow-up days: distributor visits and procurement conversations around Nairobi, with notes written up at your desk in the evening.
- Departure: check-out by 10:00, luggage stored until your airport transfer.
Getting to KICC from Karen
KICC is in Nairobi's central business district, across the city from Karen. Allow generous time, particularly at morning and evening peak hours, and plan stand staffing around it. Journey times vary with Nairobi traffic; check a live traffic app for your schedule. Transport to the venue is quoted on request.

Yes. Send us your room count, dates and rooming list on WhatsApp and we will help with the allocation and a quotation.
Can you cater for our dietary needs?
Tell us your meal preferences before arrival and we will discuss what our kitchen can offer. Please do not assume a particular diet until we have confirmed it with you.
Is the expo far from the hotel?
KICC is across the city in the central business district, so plan daily transport with traffic in mind. We can quote it for you.
Can we store product samples at the hotel?
We cannot store goods or samples. Please arrange this with the organiser or your logistics partner.
