Shipping & Delivery Policy

Karen Plains Hotel sells hotel stays, packages, airport transfers, tours, in-hotel services and digital gift cards. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply to any order.

Room bookings and packages

Your booking confirmation is sent by email as soon as your order is placed. Your stay is delivered on-site at Karen Plains Hotel, Karen Plains Arcade, Karen Road, Nairobi, Kenya, on the dates you booked.

Airport transfers, tours and safaris

Transfers and tours are delivered in person. Our driver or guide meets you at the agreed pickup point (for example Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Wilson Airport or the hotel) at the date and time you confirm with us. After you order, we contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm pickup details. For airport pickups, please share your flight number so we can track your arrival.

In-hotel services

Services such as breakfast, in-room massage, laundry, room setups, boardroom and lounge hire are delivered at the hotel on the date and time arranged with our team.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of purchase.
