How Commissions Work
📋 Base Rate
Commission is calculated on the room rate. Standard rooms at $120/night, Deluxe at $160, Executive at $200, and Apartments at $280.
🌙 Multiply by Nights
The nightly rate is multiplied by the number of nights booked. A 3-night stay at $120 = $360 revenue before commission.
👥 Extra Guests
Each room accommodates 2 people standard. Additional guests beyond 2 per room = $15/person/night (optional for agents).
💰 Apply Percentage
Your commission tier (10%, 15%, or 20%) is applied to the total. Higher tiers available for volume operators.
🎯 Multiple Rooms
If you book 3 Standard rooms × 3 nights, that's 3 × $360 = $1,080 revenue, earning 15% = $162 commission.
