Decide three things before you shortlist

Information security: set expectations early
Banking and payments teams handle sensitive information, and no hotel network should be treated as part of your security perimeter. That applies to us as much as anywhere else. Brief your delegation before travel:

- Use company-managed devices and follow your organisation's remote working policy.

We are honest about this. If your delegation's whole programme is in Westlands and walking to the venue matters most, a hotel in that area may suit you better.
