What International Exhibitors Should Confirm Before Booking a Nairobi Hotel

An exhibitor's hotel is part of the working setup. After long days on the stand at Big 5 Construct Kenya, it is where you prepare quotes, take calls with head office and recover for the next morning. Is there backup power, and what does it cover?

Short power interruptions happen in Nairobi. Ask whether the hotel has a generator or other backup, and whether it covers rooms and Wi-Fi as well as common areas.

What are check-in and check-out times, and is there flexibility?
